How many items can I bring?
A Half Rack can hold up to approximately 25-30 items. A Full Rack can hold up to approximately 55-60 items, depending on the type of clothing - bulky jackets will take up more room
Is there anything you don't accept?
We do not accept items that are stained, damaged, heavily worn, have missing buttons or broken zips, contain strong odours, or are not clean and ready for sale. Please bring quality preloved items
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You decide how much you would like to sell your items for .
Can i add more items to my rack?
Absolutely. We encourage you to top up your rack as items sell to maximise your sales.
How can i make the most out of my rack rental?
Bring clean, quality items that are in season and in good condition. Price your items fairly, keep your rack topped up as pieces sell, and consider marking down slower-selling items during your rental period. A full, fresh-looking rack with a variety of styles and sizes is more likely to attract shoppers and maximise your sales
Can i mark down my prices during rack rental?
Yes. If you'd like to reduce the price of any items during your rental period, simply let our team know and we'll update the pricing for you. Markdowns can be a great way to help move older stock and maximise your sales before your rental period ends.
How do i tag my clothing?
We sell tags for $4 for 30 or you can buy them from officeworks, craft stores, or make your own, they just need to be attached securely to your items with pin or string.
Do i need to bring coathangers?
No leave yours at home, we have coathangers available for use during your rental
Do I need to be in the store to make sales?
No. Our team handles all customer transactions on your behalf.
What brands of clothing can i put on my rack?
We do not accept low-quality fast fashion brands. (Shein, Temu, Anko etc) Our focus is on quality clothing with good fabric, construction, and resale value that our customers will love. Customers love designer labels, boutique brands, vintage pieces, premium basics, and well-made fashion in excellent condition.
How do I know what has sold?
We provide weeekly sales updates throughout your rental period
Can I share a rack with a friend?
Yes, provided all items are clearly labelled and managed under a single booking.
When does my rental period begin?
We have set dates for our Newcastles stores, and flexible booking dates for Port Macquarie store - please check your selection at checkout
When does my rack rental end?
All rack rentals end on pack down day - please check your booking for the end date and collect your clothing within 5 days of this. If you rebook to continue for another month you wont need to pack down your rack - your clothing stays hanging ready for the next cycle to begin.
When will i receive payment for my sold items?
Your payment will be direct deposited into Australian bank accounts only 1-7 days after collection or arrangements made for your unsold items.
